Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 2-4 years of experience in quality, supervisory, or production roles
• 2-4 years focused on continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated leadership in improvement projects affecting safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Knowledge of ERP systems and material transaction processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with all management levels
• Proven capability as a results-oriented 'change agent' with strong business acumen

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at the Chino, CA Distribution Center
• Assign and prioritize daily tasks for the distribution center
• Ensure effective production capacity aligns with daily schedules
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards
• Implement Enersys EOS system for ongoing improvements
• Map warehouse processes for production lines
• Collaborate with the Quality team on customer specifications
• Document standard work processes for all DC activities
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate safety and environmental inspections
• Process facility invoices and aid in budget planning for the DC
• Manage inventory accuracy and distribution KPIs
• Facilitate timely performance reviews and coaching for employees
• Motivate and direct staff to meet production targets
