More About the Role:
We are seeking a highly disciplined and self-sufficient Warehouse Logistician / Network Auditor to join our Logistics team. This role requires the maintaining and upkeep of warehouse inventory duties as well as potential travel (50%) to various sites to conduct comprehensive audits of network infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a technical professional who can work independently, manage heavy physical requirements (up to 70lbs), and maintain meticulous digital records.  This role requires the ability to adapt and adjust based on the potential requirement changes that the GOVT sends down.

What You'll Get to Do:

1. Warehouse Logistician
• Data Entry - Recording and updating data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, or other digital systems to maintain data integrity and support business operations.
• Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of received goods.
• Inventory Management - Planning, controlling, and optimizing stock of goods to meet customer demand, minimizing carrying costs, and maximizing operational efficiency.
• Materials Handling - Safely and efficiently moving, storing, and transporting materials and goods within a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Shipping - Coordinating the packaging, labeling, and transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Transportation - Planning and coordinating the movement of goods through various modes of transportation to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Warehousing Operations - Overseeing the storage, handling, and distribution of goods within a warehouse facility to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Deliver End of Life gear to local DRMO facility.

2. Network Auditor
• Field Auditing: Travel to various locations 4.5 days a week to inspect, verify, and document network hardware and cabling infrastructure.
• Data Management: Utilize proprietary database tools to scan equipment and upload real-time data. Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and asset tracking.
• Reporting: Use advanced Excel functions to organize audit findings, identify discrepancies, and generate detailed site reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple internal teams, including Project Managers and Network Engineers, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries within established SLAs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all audit activities comply with industry standards and company security protocols.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
•Typically requires a BA degree and 4–8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2–6 years of prior relevant experience.

•Must possess an active Secret Clearance.
•Self-Sufficiency: Proven ability to manage travel logistics, schedule site visits, and solve technical problems in the field without direct supervision.
•Technical Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data formatting) and experience using mobile database scanning tools.
•Physical Capability: Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. and spend extended periods standing, kneeling, or climbing ladders.
•Communication: Exceptional responsiveness; must be able to communicate clearly via email, Teams, and phone across different time zones.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
-Previous experience in network auditing, inventory management, or field engineering is highly preferred.

Pay Range: $35 - $39/hourly rate.
