Your Role (Responsibilities)

  • Lead the national Energy & Utilities growth agenda for Capgemini Canada, with utilities as the primary priority.
  • Build and deepen executive relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
  • Identify, qualify, shape, and close major transformation opportunities by aligning client needs with Capgemini's capabilities.
  • Work across internal teams, geographies, business lines, delivery groups, and partner ecosystems to develop differentiated solutions.
  • Activate relationships with technology partners such as hyperscalers, OEMs, platforms, and specialist providers relevant to Energy & Utilities transformation.
  • Build, mentor, and strengthen the Energy & Utilities team while supporting a collaborative and high-trust operating culture.


Your Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of consultative sales, industry leadership, or client-facing transformation leadership experience in Energy & Utilities.
  • Strong commercial track record, including experience delivering significant growth, sales targets, or complex client opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of utilities, with meaningful exposure to energy and ideally some knowledge of mining-related opportunities.
  • Ability to influence senior business executives and lead strategic conversations at the C-suite level.
  • Experience operating in global, complex, matrixed environments and connecting multiple teams to deliver client outcomes.
  • Knowledge of transformation topics such as AI, automation, agentic solutions, smart grid, meters, DERMS, OT/IT convergence, and industry platforms.
  • Strong leadership attributes, including executive presence, collaboration, mentoring capability, communication skills, and a builder mindset.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 200,000 CAD - 300,000 CAD.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
