Full Job Description
The VP, Supply Chain will lead the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and operations of technology supporting the organization's supply chain and corporate platforms, with a strong focus on driving a multi-year "True North" transformation. This role bridges business and IT, owning the development and execution of a 5-7 year roadmap while ensuring the stability and performance of existing systems across distribution, transportation, logistics, and order management. The leader will partner closely with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with enterprise goals, balancing transformation ("grow") with operational excellence ("run").

What You Will Do
  • Define and execute a 5-7 year supply chain technology strategy and roadmap
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives (True North) across supply chain platforms
  • Oversee delivery of modernization efforts across:
    • Distribution center systems
    • Transportation & logistics platforms
    • Order management systems
  • Ensure successful execution of key milestones within an 18-month horizon
  • Own day-to-day operations, support, and performance of supply chain systems
  • Build strong partnerships across business and IT stakeholders
  • Translate business objectives into technology solutions and architecture
  • Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and operational excellence
