- First and foremost: play a major role in getting the company to the next stage in its evolution.
- Own Moonshot's sales strategy end-to-end, from pipeline management to forecasting, execution, and revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives, BDRs, and future sales leaders.
- Recruit exceptional sales talent and create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, forecasting, and operational rigor that allow the team to grow efficiently.
- Personally support strategic deals, executive relationships, and enterprise negotiations when needed.
Who You AreYou're a builder first and a sales leader second. You've helped scale an early-stage B2B SaaS company and know how to create structure without slowing things down.
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and scaling sales teams from the ground up.
- Strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling complex software with ACVs in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Excellent sales coach who develops people and raises the performance of the entire team.
- Highly analytical and comfortable managing forecasting, pipeline, and sales KPIs.
