This includes tracking agency trends, guidance documents, precedent decisions, and emerging policy signals across FDA, EMA, and other global authorities, and distilling these insights into clear, decision-ready recommendations for program teams and senior leadership. Intelligence outputs will inform NDA/BLA strategy, label negotiations, regulatory risk assessments, and portfolio-level planning.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:
The VP will ensure close working collaboration with internal stakeholders-including clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, legal, and commercial teams,-to ensure awareness of evolving policy, and intelligence initiatives and incorporation into strategy as appropriate.

Team Leadership & Development:
The VP is accountable for building, managing, and developing a high-performing team to drive regulatory policy, engagement, and intelligence. This includes recruiting and retaining top talent, setting clear expectations and priorities, providing active coaching and mentorship, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
