Full Job Description
Your New Role...

To supervise the overall needs and provide day-to-day production and financial management for alternative series, as well as provide a consistent presence on production sets.

Your Role Accountabilities...
  • Oversees the formulation of and adherence to budgets and production models/plans.
  • Tracks crew labor and vendor costs.
  • Oversees and approves all Call Sheets, Production Reports, Deal Memos, Work Authorizations, Rental Authorizations, etc.
  • Participates in production scouts and planning.
  • Devises production schedules for projects
  • Coordinates vendor selection and equipment.
  • Provides proactive attention to labor relations issues and acts as liaison between production and WBTV Labor Relations Dept. when issues arise.
  • Facilitates the resolution of logistical and technical problems.
  • Approves all hires for the entire staff and crew for each assigned production.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Serves as key liaison with other internal departments as needed


Qualifications & Experience...

Work Experience
  • 7+ years television (scripted & non-scripted) and/or film/video experience required.


Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.


Knowledge/Skills
  • Must be familiar with all aspects of television production and post production.
  • Must have knowledge of accounting principles and procedures sufficient to review and ensure the accurate distribution of production costs.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with creative talent, executives, and all levels of personnel.
  • Must be able to prepare and present clear and concise production schedules.
  • Must be able to supervise personnel.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $177,100.00 - $328,900.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
