You'll oversee cross-functional planning, governance, and communication systems that accelerate decision-making, improve goal alignment, and keep our rapidly growing product organization focused and accountable.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Business, Analytics, and Executive teams to align priorities, resources, and execution strategy across a complex and fast-moving DTC ecosystem. You will be instrumental in scaling how we plan, operate, communicate, and make decisions across product lifecycle stages from roadmap to release.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive executive-level product reviews, roadmap alignment, and quarterly/annual planning cycles.
  • Design and implement scalable processes for product prioritization, resource planning, and cross-functional execution.
  • Define and institutionalize product strategy and operations best practices, workflows, and documentation standards across teams.
  • Lead operational alignment, reporting, and communication with senior executives to ensure clarity of goals, progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks for strategic themes and roadmap initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Business, and Analytics teams to streamline execution and improve organizational alignment.
  • Help identify and resolve areas of misalignment, unclear ownership, competing priorities, and execution risk across the product organization.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing product strategy and operations function to support our rapid scale and growth.
  • Act as a thought partner to Product leadership, driving efficiency, rigor, and strategic clarity across all touchpoints of product development.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Proven leadership experience in product operations, product strategy, program management, or business operations in a technology-driven organization.
  • Experience building and scaling product operations or product strategy and operations functions in fast-paced environments, such as media, streaming, or consumer tech.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and cross-functional coordination at scale.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong ability to manage up and across.
  • Strong data literacy and experience building reporting and KPI frameworks for product performance, operational health, and executive decision-making.
  • Executive communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, strategic narratives.
  • High comfort navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing decisions across functions and seniority levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure around prioritization, goal alignment, planning, and accountability in a fast-moving product organization.
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
