The position ensures partner motions across Global System Integrators, Regional System Integrators, and Technology Partners are executed consistently and measured against clear standards for regional performance.
The role serves as regional orchestrator of the partner ecosystem, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, Services, and Strategic Alliances around geo-specific targets. With global strategy set centrally, the position translates direction into measurable regional impact, strengthens executive alignment and provides governance, visibility, and operating discipline across partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced outcomes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Define and execute the NA partner ecosystem strategy to drive regional revenue growth, market expansion, and delivery scale.
- Own partner-driven performance across the region - partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced revenue, pipeline generation, and contribution to closed-won business.
- Build and scale a high-performing partner organization: team structure, coverage model, and talent development aligned to regional growth targets.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market motions with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to drive pipeline, improve win rates, increase deal size, and accelerate sales velocity on partner-involved deals.
- Expand and optimize the partner ecosystem - growing the base of active, revenue-generating partners and accelerating time-to-productivity for new partners.
- Drive partner enablement and capacity growth to support delivery scale and high-quality implementations aligned to customer success standards.
- Establish governance and operating cadence to monitor partner performance, measure ROI on partner investment, and give leadership consistent visibility into partner contribution and outcomes.
- Act as executive sponsor for key partners - managing senior relationships, resolving escalations, and keeping partners aligned to regional business objectives.
Required Education and Experience- 15+ years building ecosystem-led, partner-driven growth in high-growth enterprise software companies.

- Experience working across Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and advisory partners within a complex, matrixed organization.
- A track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market execution in close alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services.
- Experience building or scaling a partner organization - team design, coverage models, and talent development - in a high-growth environment.
