Job Description

As Vice President Operations, you will have a crucial role in the DHL Supply Chain organization. As the global leader in supply chain, we have set the standard in our industry. We're looking for people who are ready to set the standard in their own profession.

In this role, we're looking for someone to drive commercial results and operational excellence in his/her area of responsibility. We need an individual who can support a large growth agenda by helping to develop the pipeline strategy, getting involved with new business pursuits, and participating in deal architecture to make sure DHL Supply Chain can deliver promised returns. The business requires this person to take the organization's strategies and translate them in a manner that enables the operations teams understand, buy in, and be motivated by our direction.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, required
• 10+ years management experience, required
• 7 + years distribution experience, required
• Third-party Logistics experience, preferred
