Qualifications

• 20+ years of supply chain leadership experience across planning, procurement, logistics, distribution, and trade
• Direct experience managing supply chain functions with over $200M in flow
• Proficient in major supply chain platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Blue Yonder
• Proven success in reducing inventory by over 15% while maintaining service levels
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS in Supply Chain preferred
• APICS CSCP, CPIM, or CSCMP certifications are preferred
• Experience in international procurement, particularly in China, Mexico, or Vietnam is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, including planning, procurement, logistics, and trade
• Lead initiatives focused on working capital optimization by managing inventory and supplier payments
• Drive the maturity of S&OP/IBP processes to align with executive-level business planning
• Implement and ensure the effective use of WMS, TMS, and demand planning tools
• Establish supplier risk programs to mitigate geopolitical, financial, and operational risks
• Collaborate with Finance to articulate supply chain improvements in terms of margins and cash flow
