Duties and Essential Functions

The ideal person will facilitate client meetings, develop and respond to requests for proposals, create staffing models and pricing analyses to properly service the customer.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on developer services, aligning with Odevo's overall business goals.
  • work with our Operating Companies to establish relationships and transition new accounts to the OpCos.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, understanding their needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Odevo's presence and influence within the developer community in the key markets that we serve.
  • Lead, mentor, and partner with our operating companies' business development sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting developer needs.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds these goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.

This is a full-time exempt position. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company

Travel

Travel will be required to attend company meetings, trainings and industry functions, as well as visits with clients throughout the US.

Required Skills, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within property management or developer services industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with developers and securing significant business deals.
