Full Job Description
Note: This position requires working onsite at our New York office Tuesday through Thursday. **About the Role** Cube is a growth-stage FP&A platform selling to finance teams. We're looking for a VP of Revenue to own the full go-to-market motion end-to-end - pipeline generation through renewal and expansion. You'll lead a unified revenue org spanning SDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers, and Solutions Architects, and own the number across new business and net revenue retention. This is a build-and-lead role: you'll be hands-on enough to coach deals and rigorous enough to run a forecast the board can trust. **What You'll Own** - The revenue number - new ARR, expansion, and net revenue retention across the full customer lifecycle - A unified GTM org: SDRs (pipeline generation), AEs (new business), AMs (renewal & expansion), and SAs (technical win) - Forecasting and pipeline rigor the ELT and board can rely on - accurate calls, defensible methodology - Sales process, stage definitions, MEDDIC/qualification discipline, and deal inspection - Segmentation, territory/book design, quota setting, and comp plan structure in partnership with Finance - Hiring, ramping, and developing front-line managers as the org scales - Cross-functional alignment with Marketing on pipeline coverage and with Product/CS on the customer journey - The GTM tech stack and operating cadence (Salesforce, Gong, forecasting tooling) in partnership with RevOps **What You Bring** - 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years leading multiple functions (not just an AE team) - ideally SDR + AE + post-sale - Track record owning a number at a growth-stage company ($10M-$50M ARR range) and scaling a team through it - Experience selling technical or financial products to sophisticated buyers (finance, ops, or technical economic buyers) - Demonstrated forecasting discipline - you can defend a number and you hit it - Player-coach range: comfortable in deals and in the boardroom, and able to build process where little exists - Second-line leadership experience - hiring and developing managers, not just reps - Fluency with modern GTM tooling and a data-driven operating style **Nice to Have** - Experience marketing/selling into the CFO or FP&A buyer specifically - Prior experience unifying new-business and post-sale under one revenue leader - Early-stage or founder-adjacent GTM building experience The expectations above are meant to represent the ideal candidate, but if you don't meet all of them and think you'd be a great fit for this role, please apply. This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the posted location. Immigration sponsorship is not available at this time. **Full-Time Employee Benefits** - We provide 100% covered employee medical, dental, and vision insurance options, including FSA/HSA options plus free memberships to OneMedical, Teladoc, and Talkspace. - Our flexible paid vacation and sick/mental health time guidelines help you get the time and space you need. - We offer stock options to all full-time employees of Cube, as we want you to be connected to the success of the company. - We offer 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for the birthing parent. - We offer each Cuber a quarterly learning budget to spend on books, classes, or events that support your development. - You'll be joining an experienced team of tech startup leaders who are eager to work with you and provide support and mentorship! - You'll work for a company that our customers are truly excited about! #LI-Hybrid
