Role OverviewThe
VP of Operations will lead the operating system that enables Precision AI to scale. The role will be about deciding what to refine versus what to rebuild as the staff and operations evolve. You will begin with 2 direct reports in Business and People Operations, needing to balance managerial responsibilities with being hands-on in the ownership of key projects. As a key executive, you will improve execution, establish scalable operating rhythms, and ensure the company is prepared for its next stage of growth.
The VP will work closely with the CEO, Head of People, and other members of the leadership team to ensure priorities remain aligned across the organization. This person should be equally comfortable reviewing organizational structure, discussing fundraising strategy with investors, and being hands-on in removing operational bottlenecks that slow execution.
As Precision AI prepares for its next phase of growth and a future Series B financing, this role will play a critical part in evolving the operational foundation required to support a significantly larger organization.
This role is based in Calgary and will work from Precision AI's headquarters 4+ days a week.
