Vice President of Information Technology Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site)
We are partnering with a growing consumer organization seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to lead enterprise technology strategy, systems architecture, and IT operations. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technology executive who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.
The ideal candidate is a strategic business partner with strong technical depth who can align technology investments with business objectives, modernize enterprise systems, and build a scalable technology foundation to support continued growth. This role leads a lean, high-performing IT organization and works closely with executive leadership across multiple business functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & Business Partnership
- Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate technology investments, prioritize initiatives, and maximize business value.
- Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support revenue growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by identifying opportunities where technology can accelerate strategic initiatives.
Qualifications- 10-15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a complex or high-growth organization.
- Proven success leading enterprise technology strategy while remaining hands-on with technical architecture and execution.
- Experience leading ERP implementations and enterprise system modernization initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, Business Intelligence, and eCommerce platforms.
- Deep expertise in systems integration, APIs, middleware, SaaS ecosystems, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience supporting modern collaboration platforms and enterprise productivity environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small, high-performing technical teams in a player-coach capacity.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology strategy to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and organizational objectives.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Experience supporting consumer products, licensing, entertainment, retail, or eCommerce organizations is highly preferred.
