Full Job Description
Soni is partnering with a growing, multi-site organization seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR function across a large employee population.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance strategy and execution, partner with senior leadership, support field teams, and help drive culture, talent, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR strategy and day-to-day execution across a multi-site organization
  • Partner with executive leadership and business leaders on people initiatives
  • Support employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement
  • Lead and develop the HR team
  • Support payroll, benefits, HR operations, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Drive culture, communication, and organizational development efforts
  • Maintain visibility with field and corporate teams

Requirements:
  • Senior HR leadership experience at the Director, Sr. Director, Head of HR, or VP level
  • Experience supporting a large employee population
  • Multi-site, field-based, or distributed workforce experience
  • Strong employee relations, compliance, talent, and HR operations background
  • Ability to partner with executive leadership while remaining hands-on

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Preferred Skills:
  • Restaurant, hospitality, retail, food service, or service-based industry experience
  • Union or labor relations exposure
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • HR certification or advanced degree


Compensation: $220,000 - $260,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
