  • Lead payor, partnership, and market expansion strategies, including payor mix optimization, new market entry, territory design, and channel growth
  • Provide executive leadership for Business Development, including workforce structure, quota setting, territory optimization, performance management, and senior leader coaching
  • Oversee sales enablement, training, tools, and growth infrastructure to strengthen field execution, productivity, and scalable commercial performance
  • Align marketing, brand positioning, and integrated campaigns with growth priorities to generate demand and support business development effectiveness
  • Build a high-performing commercial organization while promoting accountability, leadership development, compliance, risk mitigation, ethics, and governance

  • Advanced analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Executive presence with strong communication and influencing abilities
  • Ability to lead in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Expertise in change leadership, growth acceleration, and organizational alignment
  • Solid risk assessment and data-driven decision-making capability

  • Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed teams and delivering significant revenue growth
  • Proven ability to translate analytics and market intelligence into actionable strategies and measurable results
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and performance management

Preferred Qualifications:
