This executive role will be responsible for building and scaling best-in-class business intelligence, analytics, CRM, and data strategy capabilities to drive smarter decision-making, revenue growth, fan engagement and operational excellence. This role will oversee a team spanning data analytics, CRM and business solutions. This role will partner closely with senior leadership across finance, accounting, ticket sales & service, corporate partnerships, and marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead strategy and analytics team to ensure processes and technology align towards impactful results
- Drive business strategy, consumer research and insights and analysis initiatives
- Work closely with appropriate stakeholders to develop vision, strategy, goals and objectives for the strategy and analytics team
- Lead efforts to develop advanced predictive models to increase revenue through predictive buying, cross sell/upsell and renewal forecasting
- Oversee ongoing analysis of marketing investments and ROIs for product, category and audience segmentation performance across all channels
- Proactively identify opportunities for new reporting, analytics, and research methodologies and best practices; design strategic service offerings and approaches that will demonstrate value and deliver business results
- Interpret multiple data sources for insights to inform strategic planning and tactics to drive the business
- Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to translate data into actionable consumer stories and strategic and tactical recommendations
- Maintain upmost confidentiality

Minimum Qualifications for the Position: - Proven leader with at least 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Strategy or Analytics; preferably with sports, entertainment or media industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science or related field; Masters or MBA is preferred
- Deep knowledge of CRM, ticketing platforms, marketing analytics, pricing models and sponsorship valuation frameworks
- Experience with advanced analytics tools (SQL, R, Python), data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and CRM systems (KORE)
- Demonstrated success in building, scaling and managing high-performing analytics teams
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation: - This role will pay between $150,000 - $180,000 annually. This position will be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Note: Wages will be determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set and internal equity.
