This role oversees the operational, clinical, and administrative functions of the Pediatrics Plus therapy and ABA operations of sites within a designated area.

What you will do:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the effectiveness, productivity, and clinical excellence of site operations and administrative functions that align with the mission and vision of Pediatrics Plus.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site leadership to ensure the delivery of clinical and operational excellence.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and collaboration with an emphasis on core values and mission.
  • Ensure streamlined approaches, documentation, and content curriculum are implemented consistently across all sites.
  • Collaborate and communicate with clinical line leaders to ensure quality, clinical excellence, and streamlined approaches across all sites in designated region/area.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of quality for therapy programs, including educational practices, administrative processes, and therapy procedures.
  • Conduct quality assurance assessments as outlined by leadership to monitor program effectiveness.
  • Ensure the implementation and sustenance of best practices and evidence-based protocols to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Oversee that site budget and projections are met for defined sites within area ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
  • Analyze site margin monthly and YTD reporting and identifying any areas in need of action plans, focus, efficiency improvements, additional support, and/or strategic planning.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with other departments and communicates regularly with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure therapy and ABA programs comply with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Responsible for being informed and knowledgeable of current policies in therapy and ABA that pertain to and are implemented within the operations of Pediatrics Plus.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in therapy technology, education, and innovation through collaboration with clinical line leaders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to therapy and ABA services, such as safety hazards, legal and regulatory compliance issues, and financial risks.
  • Implement and ensure enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure child safety and minimize liability.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to therapy enrollment, attendance, outcomes, and other key performance indicators for sites within designated area. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics related to therapy and ABA services, such as patient satisfaction, outcomes, retention, and financial performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of therapy services, such as new programs, service lines, or partnerships.
  • Provide geographic insight from a local health care perspective during the development of business plans and proposals to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Participates in one-on-one meetings with leader.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a preschool, developmental early childhood education setting, and/or therapy setting.
