OverviewWe are seeking a Vice President, Video Investment & Partnerships to elevate video investment and strategic partnerships across our client portfolio. This leader will shape an integrated approach spanning linear television, streaming, connected TV, online video, and custom media partnerships, driving stronger business and commercial outcomes for clients.
As a senior client advisor and enterprise leader, the Vice President will combine deep marketplace expertise, commercial judgment, and operational fluency to advance capabilities, scale best practices, and inspire exceptional work across accounts.
Responsibilities- Define and uphold the vision and standards for Video & Partnerships across accounts, strengthening capabilities, workflows, governance, tools, and measures of success.
- Set strategic direction across linear television, streaming, connected TV, and online video, ensuring each channel has a clear role within integrated plans.
- Partner closely with strategy and planning teams and cross-channel investment leaders to translate business priorities into connected, executable recommendations and clarify how video and partnerships contribute to the broader media plan.
- Establish and continuously improve the systems, technology, data inputs, documentation, and quality controls that support planning, buying, activation, optimization, measurement, and financial stewardship.
- Oversee major investment, allocation, pricing, negotiation, and partner decisions, balancing reach, performance, innovation, flexibility, and commercial value.
- Originate differentiated partnerships, including branded content, custom integrations, tentpole sponsorships, exclusive franchises, and first-to-market opportunities.
- Advise senior clients through annual planning, marketplace guidance, executive presentations, and high-stakes investment recommendations.
- Cultivate senior relationships with networks, streaming platforms, publishers, creators, and technology partners to expand access, influence, and opportunity.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team while fostering strong collaboration across strategy, planning, cross-channel investment, activation, analytics, finance, legal, operations, and creative.
Qualifications- 12+ years of progressive experience in video investment, media strategy, buying, or partnerships, with significant leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated success elevating or transforming a media capability, operating model, or center of excellence across multiple accounts.
- Deep expertise across linear television, streaming, connected TV, online video, and emerging formats.
- A working understanding of programmatic and social video capabilities, including when and how to engage specialist experts to strengthen strategy, activation, and outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the systems and technology that support video planning, buying, activation, audience management, measurement, reporting, workflow, and financial operations.
- Experience evaluating platforms, defining requirements, designing workflows, and translating business needs into scalable systems and processes.
- Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations and developing custom content, sponsorship, or platform partnership programs.
- Executive presence, commercial judgment, and the ability to influence senior clients, partners, and cross-functional leaders.
- Proven people leadership experience, including building teams and developing senior talent in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Compensation Range: USD $149,340.00 - USD $214,620.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
