The Role
We're looking for a visionary Vice President of Growth Marketing to build and lead the growth engine behind one of the most recognized brands in real estate.
This isn't a maintenance role-it's a builder's role.
You'll own the company's growth marketing strategy from end to end, overseeing customer acquisition, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, retention, brand growth, and marketing operations. You'll partner directly with the executive leadership team to shape company strategy, guide investment decisions, and build a high-performing marketing organization capable of scaling the next phase of Ferry International's growth.

What You'll Own
Executive Growth Strategy
• Develop and execute the company's enterprise-wide growth marketing strategy.
• Own customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, and brand growth initiatives.
• Translate market opportunities into scalable growth strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Partner with executive leadership to align marketing investments with company objectives.
Leadership & Team Development
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing organization through Directors and senior leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor marketing leaders while building organizational capability for future growth.
• Establish clear performance expectations and measurable success metrics across the department.
Revenue & Performance
• Own marketing performance across the full customer journey-from awareness through retention.
• Build scalable growth systems that increase revenue, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.
• Define KPIs and dashboards that provide executive visibility into marketing performance.
• Drive experimentation and optimization across paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and digital channels.
Marketing Innovation
• Champion modern growth marketing practices, AI-enabled workflows, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate new tools, platforms, and strategies that improve efficiency and accelerate growth.
• Continuously optimize marketing operations to improve speed, scalability, and customer experience.
Executive Partnership
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Present growth strategies, business performance, and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Coaching, Finance, Technology, and Operations to accelerate company initiatives.

What You'll Bring
• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a proven record of driving revenue growth.
• 7+ years leading Directors and senior marketing leaders within high-growth organizations.
• Deep expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and performance marketing.
• Experience building and scaling modern marketing organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled marketing technology, automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and investment strategies.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
• Experience in SaaS, coaching, education, marketplace businesses, or real estate.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience scaling subscription or recurring revenue businesses.
• Deep understanding of modern AI-powered marketing ecosystems.
