Vice President, IT Data, Analytics, AI & Innovation. This position reports to the Global Chief Information Officer and is eligible for remote work from a home office located in the Western United States.
Position Summary:The Vice President, IT Data, Analytics, AI & Innovation is a strategic technology leader responsible for defining and executing Rimini Street's enterprise strategy for data, analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and innovation. This executive will drive business growth, operational efficiency, and productivity through the effective use of data, AI, and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Data & AI with broad leadership experience across Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Infrastructure, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Platforms. They are commercially savvy, action-oriented, and have a proven track record of delivering transformational business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Data, Analytics, AI, Automation, and Innovation across the enterprise.
- Establish enterprise data governance, architecture, engineering, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Lead AI strategy, governance, adoption, and value realization, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI and automation use cases that improve productivity, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
- Evaluate and scale emerging technologies and innovation initiatives that support digital transformation and competitive advantage.
- Partner with leaders across Architecture, Application Development, Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Cybersecurity to ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategies and modernization efforts.
- Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology-enabled business transformation and investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, regulatory, and responsible AI requirements.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Proven leadership across Data & Analytics, AI, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and IT Operations.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation, modernization, and innovation initiatives.
- Proven delivery experience executing complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation and adoption.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, software development, cybersecurity, and modern data architectures.
- Experience communicating with executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

LocationRemote - West U.S.
The general salary range for this type of role is 192k - 288k depending on skills and experience. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be based on several factors such as: a candidate's location, and the level of applicable skills and professional experience. Rimini's target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant's Interview process.
