  • Personalization / Targeting Enablement: Partner with digital teams to design and operationalize omni-channel personalization and content optimization (including, but not limited to, Dynamic Yield and Movable Ink). Partner on measurement instrumentation and performance storytelling (e.g., Knotch tracking) as needed.
  • Marketing for new services or capabilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines (strategic initiatives, platform rollouts, partner launches, etc.) Ensure delivery against timelines, operational readiness, and measurable outcomes.
  • Campaign Leadership: Lead campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app/mobile, web/Marketplace, etc.), from strategy through launch and optimization.
  • Promotions & Sweepstakes Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute offer programs such as sweepstakes or similar promotional constructs leveraging internal and approved third-party tools, vendors, and processes; ensure compliant execution and effective measurement.
  • Partner / Launch Strategy: Lead and collaborate on building go-to-market and launch plans with Industry marketing leads to support new partners and major enhancements, including messaging, channel mix, measurement approach, and post-launch iteration.
  • Legal, Compliance, and Process Rigor: Partner with Legal, Compliance, Performance Marketing, and other operational teams to ensure programs and campaigns follow all requirements, controls, documentation standards, and approvals.
  • Additional business-critical initiatives: Lead additional programs/projects as business needs require, with clear outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

    • MarTech, platform, and capability adoption: Lead integration and adoption of marketing capabilities (ESP/CDP/personalization, mobile app messaging, experimentation, AI-enabled tooling), including requirements definition and rollout planning.
    • People Management: 3+ years of experience managing and coaching a team
    • Change leadership & enablement: Drives adoption through training/playbooks, stakeholder engagement, and measurement of usage and impact.
