  • Develop tailored, client-focused solutions that integrate facilities management, transaction management, project management, workplace strategy, lease administration, and other relevant service lines, with weighted emphasis on FM-led delivery models.
  • Partner with the Senior Vice President, Client Solutions Group Lead, market leaders, producers, and business line stakeholders to prioritize target accounts, shape account strategies, and position differentiated enterprise solutions.

  • Lead or support the development of RFP responses, client presentations, executive summaries, pricing narratives, and other business development materials that clearly articulate Newmark's enterprise capabilities and client outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, sourcing, technology, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions are operationally sound, commercially aligned, and executable.
  • Collaborate with facilities management leadership to shape scalable service delivery models, staffing structures, KPI frameworks, governance models, and performance commitments aligned to client requirements.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of enterprise opportunities and provide regular reporting on sales activity, pursuit stage, revenue potential, competitive dynamics, and probability of win.
  • Support client meetings, workshops, and finalist presentations, representing Newmark with executive presence, credibility, and strong command of enterprise and IFM solution strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and occupier demand shifts to refine sales strategy and strengthen solution differentiation.
  • Use AI-enabled research, writing, and productivity tools responsibly to accelerate insight generation, improve content development, and enhance pursuit quality and speed.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, occupier solutions, integrated facilities management, corporate real estate, outsourcing, or a related client-facing business development and solutions role.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, multi-service enterprise solutions and advancing large, strategic pursuits from qualification through closing.
  • Strong experience designing and positioning IFM solutions, with particular depth in facilities management operations, service delivery models, staffing strategies, and performance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to align solution design with client business objectives, operational requirements, financial considerations, and implementation realities.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to support pricing strategy, solution positioning, and value articulation in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed teams, including sales leaders, brokerage professionals, operations executives, finance partners, and functional subject matter experts.
