Qualifications

• 8+ years in CRE investment management and data/technology roles at institutional platforms.
• Experience with CRE debt strategies including loan asset management and CMBS.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, ETL pipelines, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Track record of building scalable data infrastructure for investment reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional or offshore teams is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and investment stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve data infrastructure including pipelines and governance for all funds.
• Design and maintain scalable data architecture supporting investor reporting and analytics.
• Implement and manage asset management platforms and drive automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with PSG pillars to ensure data quality and consistency in outputs.
• Lead Dallas and India teams within the Data and Systems pillar.
• Set functional standards for data management across the organization.
• Ensure scalable infrastructure for the launch or dissolution of funds and products.
