About the role

The Vice President of Contracts Management will establish and lead the organization's Contracts function. This senior leader will be responsible for building the department from the ground up, developing best practices, implementing scalable processes, and ensuring full lifecycle oversight of all contract and subcontract agreements. The VP will work closely with executive leadership, programming teams, and business development to ensure compliance, support growth, and drive operational excellence.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement a Contracts Management function and develop organizational policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee all contract and subcontract negotiations, including NDAs, Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, and complex federal agreements
  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized templates, workflows, and compliance controls
  • Advise senior leadership on contractual risks, regulatory obligations, FAR requirements, and strategic contracting approaches
  • Support capture and proposal teams by reviewing solicitations, shaping contractual strategy, and providing pricing and compliance guidance
  • Establish and maintain a Contracts Management System, including oversight of Salesforce CRM updates related to contract data
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all compliance reports for GSA Schedules and other government programs
  • Oversee all company contract vehicles with support of GWAC manager.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing Contracts team as the function scales
