Full Job Description
The Vice President - Client Growth and Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving client success by designing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and retention for our clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the banking industry, and the ability to foster strong client relationships while delivering project outcomes.

This role is required to operate out of the Charlotte, NC area on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday through Thursday in office).

What You'll Do:

1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer acquisition and retention.

2. Strategic Planning and Solution Development:
  • Utilizing client and market data, lead the development of comprehensive strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention, utilizing data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on the pricing of the solution for long-term implementation.

3. Project Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage resources, timelines, and expectations effectively.

4. Market Expertise:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date on trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the banking sector.
  • Utilize this expertise to advise both Red Ventures and clients on forward looking investments.

5. Performance Measurement and Reporting:
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and insights to clients and stakeholders.

6. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.

7. Strategy Execution Partnership:
    • Collaborate closely with the implementation/delivery manager to ensure strategic plans are practical and executable.
    • Facilitate the transition from strategy development to implementation, ensuring alignment between project objectives and operational capabilities.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, or strategic planning, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of successful client engagements focused on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships and communicating complex solutions to executive teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams.
