Job Description

VP Builder Partnership and Sales

We are a performance-driven organization focused on delivering consistent results for our builder partners, customers, and teams. Our approach is grounded in strong execution, market expertise, and a commitment to building sustainable, long-term growth.

The Divisional Sales Leader will build and scale a high-performing builder-focused mortgage business within an assigned division. This leader is responsible for defining market strategy, prioritizing builder opportunities, and ensuring consistent execution across the sales organization.

Establish divisional growth priorities across markets, builders, and product mix. Build and maintain a pipeline of builder opportunities aligned with strategic objectives. Lead and manage a sales organization focused on execution, consistency, and results. Integrate market data and financial insights into planning and performance management.

Location: Remote | Prefer to be in MD/VA/NC

Strategic Leadership & Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sound financial decision-making, including pricing, incentives, and deal-level profitability.
  • Establish clear performance standards and operating discipline across the sales team.
  • Develop team capability through coaching in builder strategy, financial analysis, and market application.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and Compliance to support organizational effectiveness and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Represent the company's platform in builder engagements and internal planning discussions.
