VP, Branding & Communications
Location: Miamisburg, OH - Onsite

Your Impact
As VP, Branding & Communications, you will shape and scale how Accelevation shows up internally and externally. You will own the company narrative, strengthen executive and employer brand, and ensure our messaging reflects who we are as we continue to grow and build the next chapter of the business.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide branding and communications strategies aligned to business priorities and growth objectives
  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to shape messaging, presentations, announcements, and strategic communications
  • Build and maintain a differentiated company narrative that strengthens our reputation, brand, and market position
  • Lead internal communications efforts that improve clarity, transparency, and employee engagement across the organization
  • Oversee public relations strategy, media engagement, executive visibility, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Partner with Recruiting and People teams to strengthen employer brand and support talent attraction efforts
  • Support communications related to acquisitions, organizational changes, strategic partnerships, and future company milestones
  • Establish communication standards and processes that create consistency across the business
  • Serve as a trusted advisor during high-visibility or fast-moving situations, including sensitive communications and change management initiatives


Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience across corporate communications, branding, executive communications, public relations, or related fields
  • Experience leading communications within high-growth, operationally complex, or rapidly scaling organizations
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation, and message development skills across multiple audiences
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of media relations, reputation management, executive visibility, and crisis communications
  • Experience translating complex operational or technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives, M&A activity, or public company readiness is strongly preferred
  • Manufacturing, infrastructure, industrial, or brand-forward experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field preferred
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, urgency, and problem-solving skills
