Job Description -
Responsibilities:
Establish strong relationships with key and prospective accounts to understand their business priorities and challenges, using insights to provide strategic recommendations that drive their success.
Collaborate with sales and Transformation Partners to identify new accounts or buying centers within existing accounts, aligning digital offerings with client needs to drive growth.
Manage the digital portfolio and growth strategy within a designated vertical, ensuring alignment with market demands and client expectations.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital platforms, leveraging this knowledge to drive business innovation.
Communicate relevant industry trends and digital opportunities to teams and services, ensuring they can add value to clients and accelerate growth.
Build and maintain subject matter expertise, ensuring thought leadership and consistent value delivery to clients.
Develop industry-relevant digital offerings that can be standardized, repeated, and scaled to meet client needs and improve overall business outcomes.
Evaluate client structures, policies, operations, technology stacks, and processes, recommending a digital transformation vision that aligns with their goals and drives future success.
Translate digital transformation recommendations into a clear set of requirements and a customer roadmap for implementation.
