Job Description:
MRM Health is looking for a new VP, ACD, Art who will think about our business and brands both creatively and strategically. This fearless leader will foster creative inspiration and fresh ideation for a group of Designers and Art Directors. This person can manage multiple brands and carry a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the creative department and big-picture agency initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience contributing high-level creative ideas but is also willing to roll up his or her sleeves and execute the day-to-day tasks. This person will be expected to participate in and proactively drive creative for new business pitches in addition to managing their brands and group needs. He or she directly manages client relationships at high creative and strategic levels, excels at client presentations, knows how to fight for award-winning creative, and embraces the strategy behind the brands he or she manages. The VP, ACD Art partners with Creative Directors, Business Leaders, and Strategists on initiatives outside of traditional brand work.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Art lead for a portfolio of business and inspire creative excellence
- Show relentless devotion to craft, and creative excellence on projects big and small
- Partner with cross-functional team members to ensure proper staffing, adhere to internal processes, and deliver work on time and on budget
- Mentor and develop more junior art directors and designers
- Demonstrate deep knowledge about the brand, strategy, disease state, clinical trials and data, and competitive products
- Present creative work and ideas for large initiatives/programs to clients; engage in creative solution conversations with clients
- Create and present conceptual ideas and oversee campaign execution including attendance at photo/video shoots; engage in conversations with all partners and clients
- Proactively seek out opportunities to grow the business and make recommendations
- Generate beautiful and strategically sound creative work for new business pitch opportunities
- Reviews scopes of work and provides recommendations for staffing
- Actively manage workloads and hours for staff reporting to you.
- Present at client meetings and engage in discussions, serving up solutions and ideas
- Works collaboratively with all cross-functional team members throughout agency
- Supervise multiple direct reports; oversee workload, creative output, provide regular feedback, execute performance reviews, and aid in career development
- Manage the successful financial landscape for assigned brands, including reviewing, and providing input on scopes, hours, and staff
- Manage outside vendor/resources effectively from both cost and creative standpoints, including photographers, illustrators, and production vendors
- Support Creative Director in all requests
- Demonstrate excellence in all relevant software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma

Education and Experience:

- 8+ years of design/art experience in a fast-paced ad agency setting
- Compelling portfolio with showcasing healthcare work and exceptional concepts
- Experience creating innovative tactics and experiences that leverage data and technology in fresh ways
- Strong understanding of how strategy shapes brand messaging and creative
- Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A clear, effective, and persuasive presenter
- Ability to negotiate effectively to maintain creative integrity
- 3-4 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in all things design
- Experience in using AI in comping, video, and production of assets. Interest/experience in incorporating AI into workflows
- Travel may be required

This role will be based in New York City. The salary range for this position is $170,00-$190,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.$170,000-$190,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
