The Vice President, Account Executive manages the internal sales, marketing & account service processes for a dedicated book of business within the Professional & Cyber Solutions team.
- Assist CAC producers and account executives on new and renewal business for eligible Professional & Cyber Solutions (PCS) practice clients and prospects
- Will have primary responsibility for client service for a dedicated book of business within PCS
- Work alongside other teammates to retain and grow the book of business by achieving new business and retention goals
- Ensure review of existing program policies/coverage for current clients
- Demonstrate proficiency building layered insurance programs
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts and assist with overall client service
- Build and maintain relationships with carrier representatives, staying abreast of new products, carrier procedural changes, and market trends
- Attend seminars, classes, and carrier meetings to keep abreast of new products available for clients, as opportunities occur
- Assist with renewal meetings to present results to established client contacts
- Coordinate with our data and analytics partner, Cybeta, to prepare cyber threat intelligence and limit recommendation analysis for clients
- Participate in client meetings and lead when necessary
- Participate as needed in prospect presentation meetings
- Prepare new business and renewal submissions for marketing; send and process complete submissions to the insurance market and oversee implementation process
- Analyze quotes for accuracy and prepare comparison of all quotes received
- Assist in data analysis to determine program structure options
- Review documents issued by insurance company for accuracy. Submit incorrect documents to insurance companies for revision
- Understand complex financial analysis and claims data
- Conduct vendor contract review and provide guidance on insurance requirements
- Assist in supervising support staff to help manage workflow
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required;
- State specific insurance license is required
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong multitasking & time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)
- Professional in appearance and business conduct with strong customer service
Salary: $150k-175k
