About the Job
Transform client partnerships and drive business growth as a VP, Account Director! Leveraging exceptional leadership and communication skills, you'll guide internal teams and clients, fostering innovative solutions. Empowering direct and indirect reports through mentorship, you'll propel business development, tactical excellence, and brand vision.

A Day in the Life
Foster strong client relationships through proactive brand strategy and organic growth initiatives.
Oversee multichannel production, project plans, and complex initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, project management, creative, strategy, medical).
Manage conflicts, escalate when necessary, and ensure seamless execution.
Lead team development through mentorship, performance goal-setting, and growth planning.
Drive strategic thinking in creative development, engagement planning, and brand evolution.
Identify business development opportunities and spearhead next steps.
Participate in new business pitches, scoping, staffing discussions, and P&L responsibility.

What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
8+ years of industry experience (healthcare/pharma advertising/marketing preferred).
Proven leadership skills managing multiple direct reports.
Exceptional verbal and written communication plus presentation skills.
Digital expertise: media, social, analytics.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
