Responsibilities

• Own the customer's experience and ensure positive impressions.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
• Sell technicians' time effectively to service customers.
• Distribute work among technicians efficiently.
• Address technical inquiries around vehicles, warranties, and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues, and order required parts and tools.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and service department training.
• Schedule tasks and manage service department staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Foster good relationships with manufacturers and positive employee relations.
• Collaborate with management on hiring and disciplinary actions.
