LOCATION: FORT MYERS & NAPLES, FL | PRACTICE: RETINA HEALTH CENTER / US EYE

Retina Health Center is seeking an outstanding Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vitreoretinal Surgeon to join one of Southwest Florida's most respected and established retina practices. Step directly into a thriving practice with immediate patient volume, an outstanding referral network, and advanced clinical resources.

THE CLINICAL EXPERIENCE: TURNKEY EXCELLENCE
For over two decades, Retina Health Center has earned the trust of referring physicians and patients through clinical excellence and a patient-centered philosophy. Operating out of state-of-the-art centers of excellence, you will inherit immediate patient demand supported by retina-trained technicians and scribes.

  • IMMEDIATE SURGICAL & PATIENT VOLUME: See 40-50 patients daily with strong surgical case volume and diverse pathology across the full spectrum of vitreoretinal disease.
  • ESTABLISHED REFERRAL NETWORK: Strong, long-standing relationships with referring ophthalmologists and optometrists throughout Lee and Collier counties.
  • COMPREHENSIVE CONDITIONS TREATED: Full medical & surgical management of AMD, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Detachments/Tears, Macular Holes, ERM, and Complex Retina.

  • FIRST-YEAR PACKAGE: $600,000 Guaranteed Base Salary plus a $100,000 Signing Bonus and production incentives once exceeding base.
