Job Summary
The Visualfabriq Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical design, integration, and implementation of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solutions for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations. This role requires deep expertise in Visualfabriq implementations, enterprise integrations, solution architecture, and TPM processes. The Technical Lead will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of scalable, integrated solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the technical lead for Visualfabriq implementation, integration, and solution architecture initiatives.
• Define, design, and oversee integrations between Visualfabriq and enterprise platforms, including ERP systems, CRM platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, middleware solutions, claims management systems, and analytics platforms.
• Lead data mapping, data validation, master data management, and data alignment activities.
• Provide technical leadership for API development, data interfaces, ETL processes, security controls, access management, and reporting enablement.
• Develop and support environment strategies, deployment planning, release management, and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues during implementation, deployment, and post-production support phases.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects to manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support project estimation, planning, and proposal development activities.
• Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, implementation teams, and vendor partners to resolve technical escalations and delivery challenges.
• Participate in governance meetings and provide technical updates to project and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions follow established architectural standards, integration best practices, and security requirements.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM), CPG commercial systems, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience implementing Visualfabriq TPM solutions.
• Strong understanding of CPG trade promotion processes and commercial operations.
• Experience leading technical workstreams within enterprise software implementation projects.
• Experience with ERP and enterprise integration ecosystems, including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience working with middleware and integration platforms.
• Experience with data management, data integration, and analytics solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to effectively bridge business and technical discussions.
• Experience working within global, cross-functional implementation teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud TPM, Anaplan, Exceedra, XTEL, or other TPM/TPO platforms.
• Experience working within global Consumer Packaged Goods organizations.
• Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) concepts and processes.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting business development initiatives, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
• Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications
• PMP, Scrum, SAP, or related certifications are preferred.
