Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, or High School Diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, ESXi administration, and associated technologies
• Experience in storage, networking, and server hardware technologies
• Familiarity with Wireshark, SCCM, Gpedit, UltiMaker Cura, CREO Parametric, or SolidWorks
• Possession of Computing Environment/Operating System certifications (ex. Linux, Windows, VMware)
• Active IAT-II level certification per SECNAV M-5239.2 and DoD 8140/8570 requirements
• Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and support execution in a matrix organization.
• Design, deploy, and configure VMware vSphere servers, managing VCenter server performance.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and security for ESXi.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues with system configurations and connectivity.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate VMware infrastructure with other systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and best practices.
• Promote a team environment focused on mutual respect and innovation.
