Full Job Description
Boomi is looking for a creative, analytical, and motivated Virtual Events Manager to help drive our global growth. In this role you'll take our webinar and virtual event motion from great to exceptional, owning the strategy, execution, and performance end to end. You'll sit within Demand Generation and work alongside campaign managers, product marketers, and SDRs to build virtual experiences that move prospects through the funnel. This isn't a logistics role. You'll shape the content calendar, bring creative ideas to the table, and connect event performance directly to revenue impact. What you'll own • Manage the full webinar and virtual event lifecycle from ideation and speaker sourcing through to live production and post-event lead follow-up • Build and optimise Marketo programs for registration, pre-event nurture, day-of reminders, and post-event sequences, keeping Salesforce data clean for accurate pipeline attribution • Own the Goldcast platform end to end - stage setup, branded environments, interactive features like polls, Q&A and networking lounges, speaker prep, and live production • Ideate and pitch net-new webinar concepts tied to product launches, ICP pain points, and buying stage rather than just fulfilling requests from other teams • Partner with SDR and Sales on post-event follow-up plays to convert engaged attendees into pipeline • Report on event KPIs including registration, attendance rate, engagement score, MQL volume, and sourced pipeline, with clear recommendations on what to improve • Maintain the global virtual events calendar and coordinate stakeholder timelines across Marketing, Sales, and Product using Asana What we're looking for • 5+ years in virtual events, webinar programs, or B2B demand generation • Hands-on Goldcast experience, not just familiarity • Marketo proficiency across program building, smart lists, and email campaigns • Comfortable owning a project from brief to post-event report without needing to be managed through it • Strong written communication for virtual event copy and briefs • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment The kind of person who'll thrive here • You've worked in a scrappy, high-growth SaaS environment and know how to do more with less • You think about events as pipeline programs, not productions, and tie every decision back to conversion and revenue impact • Live event days energise you rather than stress you out • You bring fresh webinar concepts without being asked - a product launch or industry trend immediately sparks an event idea • You can hold your own in a data conversation and know the difference between vanity metrics and signals that actually matter to the business Compensation Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $91,000 to $113,500 annually plus applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
