Role Summary
Reporting to the Design Office Manager, the incumbent in this role will play a key part in supporting the Toronto design office. This position requires a highly versatile professional responsible for managing and optimizing Autodesk CAD and BIM environments that support mining, engineering, and project delivery teams.
The role ensures compliance with industry and project standards, maintains data integrity across multidisciplinary workflows (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, infrastructure, and mineral processing), and enhances overall design efficiency. The candidate will support the full project lifecycle from initial software setup to maintaining stable, high-performing design environments.
This position involves working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and may include occasional travel and site work. While primarily focused on systems administration, the role may also support the production of project deliverables when required.
