Full Job Description
As aVice President on the Zelle General Managementteam in Banking Payments, you will lead end-to-end development and oversight of product controls, control testing readiness, audits, and risk governancebuilding processes and mechanisms that keep Zelle safe, resilient, and scalable as features and volumes evolve. Youll help shape one of Chases most visible payment experiences and define how we scale innovation responsiblywhile enabling execution speed, influencing executive outcomes, and strengthening customer trust on modern, evolving payment rails. Job responsibilities Support new rules and innovation by owning and evolving the Zelle controls framework across product changes and payment rails, including monitoring, enhancing, and creating controls for new features Lead product audit support end-to-end: coordinate readiness, serve as primary contact for requests, and ensure artifacts are complete, accurate, and defensible Partner with control testing and compliance testing teams to validate controls are well-designed and operating effectively Define and maintain testing approaches for key controls; identify trends, emerging risks, and governance improvements
