JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION/LEVEL: Vice President, Leasing FLSA STATUS: Exempt DEPT/OFFICE: Jamestown Realty DATE: July 2026 JOB SUMMARY AND DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE WORK: The
Vice President, Leasing is responsible for leasing direction, and the implementation of initiatives with the goal of adding value to Jamestown assets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Education or Experience: - Bachelors Degree from an accredited university;
- Seven or more years of experience in commercial real estate with experience in retail, understanding retail trends, and with local, national and international retailers; or
- Any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Licenses and Certifications: - Active Real Estate Salesperson License required
- Active Real Estate Broker License is preferred
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Develop relevant industry relationships
- Attend key industry events
- Network with prospective clients/tenants
- Track international, national, regional and local retailer sales statistics; expansion plans and new concept development; standard build out allowances, prototypical lease transactions and economics.
- Develop and maintain an active prospect list
- Develop strategic narrative and merchandising plan for each asset using competitive market analysis, consumer research and broad knowledge of active retailers
- Create and maintain a dynamic merchandising plan
- Manage the deal readiness process
- Negotiate lease transactions from proposal preparation through lease execution and manage transition into tenant coordination
- Manage the real estate data base and lease tracking system
- Manage and maintain asset leasing reports
- Manage regular updates of leasing brochure content
- Participate in departmental budget process and commission tracking
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of: - Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher)

- Basic commercial real estate terminology, tools and skills.

Working Conditions:- Responsibilities will require an adjusted work schedule, travel, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines or attend special events.
