Job DescriptionVP Supply Chain ManagementOnsiteYour experience matters Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Value and Optimization, the VP of Supply Chain Management is accountable for managing a multi-disciplinary Supply Chain Management team with a focus on strategic sourcing and continuous improvement in conjunction with core supply chain management expertise to ensure the quality, compliance, and rigor expected of a national healthcare delivery network.
How you'll contribute A VP of Supply Chain Management who excels in this role:
- Oversee the operations of a multidisciplinary team focused on supporting strategic sourcing, vendor management and procurement.
- Provide visionary leadership and management of the organization's Supply Chain Management function to ensure overall performance and achievement of LifePoint's vision, strategy, and plan, ensuring support services are delivered with quality and relevance to the business.
- Develop a high-performing supply chain team with clear accountability, customer focus, continuous improvement discipline, and commitment to supporting communities.
- Drive financial stewardship and value creation: delivering measurable savings, working capital optimization, and contract value realization while preserving quality, compliance, and service expectations.
- Increase operational effectiveness and efficiency through a focus on data, analytics, and digital transformation including advancing ERP utilization, item master integrity, spend analytics, and predictive analytics.
- Set long-term strategic direction for the automation and digitization of the Company's supply chain.
- Collaborate with clinicians, financial and operational leaders to standardize products, reduce variation, while balancing cost, quality, safety, and patient experience.
- Build strong relationships with executive leaders, market operators, clinicians, vendors, and support functions to gain alignment for enterprise change initiatives.

- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management functions, including strategic sourcing and procurement, inventory management, contract management, reporting, and analytics.
- Ability to drive operations and performance through clear accountabilities and transparent governance.
- Ability to set and execute large, transformation-focused programs against defined strategic objectives.
- Understanding of the various intersection points between business processes and technology.

What we're looking for EDUCATION:- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
- Master's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field is preferred
EXPERIENCE:- Ten (10) years of progressive experience in a supply chain management leadership role
- Experience utilizing process improvement methodologies (including Lean and/or Six Sigma), automation implementation, and transforming customer experience.
- Experience operating and optimizing in an Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP environment.
