Job Responsibilities

Provides leadership for student affairs in alignment with the college's mission and strategic plan. Oversees and integrates all service units to include Enrollment Management/Recruitment, Admissions, Financial Aid and Veterans' Affairs, Student Records and Testing Services, Student Development, and TRIO Programs. Ensures efficient, compliant, and student-friendly processes that support access, retention, completion, and workforce/transfer outcomes. Fosters strong relationships with community partners, faculty, staff, and student body. Serves on the college's Titan Success Team, Communication Team, and Student Success Team. Represents the college in the community, and partners with schools and agencies. Serves as the college's Chief Student Services Officer (CSSO), overseeing student disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with the Student Code of Conduct, and maintaining disciplinary records. Represents the college at the state level as a member of the CSSO peer group and Student Conduct Collaborative. Recruits, develops, and evaluates student affairs leadership and staff. Follows established procedures for the EPMS process. Cultivates a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence. Develops and manages divisional budgets aligned with strategic priorities. Allocates resources based on assessment and student need, ensuring fiscal accountability and audit compliance. Leads systematic planning and outcomes assessment for the division. Uses data for decision-making and improvements. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations related to student services (e.g., FERPA, Title IX, ADA, financial aid regulations). Develops and maintains policies consistent with legal and ethical standards.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
Master's degree plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Ph.D. or Ed.D in Higher Education and Student Affairs, Educational Leadership, Student Affairs Leadership, or a closely related field.
