About the Team & Business Line

The Structured Products team under the Loan Servicing umbrella is one of Citco's core businesses, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. This team specializes in CLO administration, Rated Note Feeders, Collateral Administration and Investments Accounting services. Responsibilities

About the Role:
This is a hands-on management role that requires the team member to be able to manage, support and guide a team who analyzes and maintains a range of complex structures, loan security types and lifecycle events in support of product administration functions and reporting preparation.

You will be responsible for the management and oversight of daily tasks associated with the full lifecycle of loan products including but not limited to:
  • Overall responsibility for client relationships and meetings
  • Provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients
  • Be involved with the preparation of client service plans including annual budget
  • Establish plan for new client setup and transitions
  • Review credit agreements and other loan documentation to ensure proper setup and processing in the loan system
  • Monitor accurate processing of loan lifecycle activities
  • Work with team to identify, investigate and solve for accrual, position, and cash breaks to Loan Servicers and Agents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and enhance processes
  • Ensure the client service level agreements are closely monitored and monthly deliverables are met timely, accurately and completely
  • Maintain standard processes within a robust control environment, with an eye to continually improving or modifying the same to support assigned clients
  • Support / conduct training of new hires in standard processes including those without experience in loan products
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
  • Assist in management of special projects as needed.


Qualifications

About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Professional Accounting/Finance designation considered an asset (CFA, CPA)
  • 8+ years experience in Financial Services, Structured Products, Loan Administration and/or Loan Agency
  • Experienced in a range of debt product types including, but not limited to, syndicated, bilateral, direct lending originations, commercial real estate loans, letters of credit
  • Experienced in maintaining a control environment and adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Successful record of delivering large scale business/technology reengineering initiatives
  • Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements
  • Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
  • You are flexible and comfortable adapting to fluid operational requirements and deliverables
  • Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other comprehensive basis of accounting
  • Knowledge of Sentry PM is preferred
  • CLO and/or Collateral Administration experience is preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel


Salary Range: USD$100,000 - 140,000
