Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a
Vice President, Strategic Finance and Corp Dev to join our
Strategic Finance & Treasury team based in our
New York, NY offices.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead cross-functional deal teams through all stages of the M&A process, from due diligence, financial analysis and negotiation through deal close and post-close integration, with accountability for successful financial, strategic and integration outcome
- Oversee team to build and maintain long-term consolidated company forecast model, make recommendations for required re-financing and scenario planning
- Collaborate with the FP&A group for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the company
- Conduct various ad-hoc financial analyses to drive key business decisions across the organization
- Partner with the executive team on other corporate development initiatives including strategic investments and capital market transactions
- Support debt covenant compliance activities (on a quarterly and annual basis) and tracking lender activities
- Assist the executive team on Board level communications, including quarterly reporting packages and ad hoc analyses
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)- Bachelor's degree
- 10-15 years of relevant work experience, ideally in Investment Banking
- Exceptional problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills
- Significant expertise with operating and financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions and develop analytical frameworks
- Ability to drive projects autonomously from planning to implementation, with limited oversight
- Experience leading in all aspects of the M&A process, with progressively increasing responsibility and accountability for positive outcomes
- Solid understanding of capital markets, cash flow modeling techniques, experience issuing/refinancing debt
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly verbal, visual and written, as well as attention to detail and focus on execution and results
- A team player with the ability to establish credibility and work cross functionally with senior/executive management, to build strong internal networks and business relationships
The base compensation for this position is
$200,000 - $250,000 commensurate with experience.
