Location: Remote (Columbus, Ohio preferred) with travel and occasional in-office collaboration
Compensation: Base salary + incentive compensation (total target compensation ~ $245,000)

Are you a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader who excels at building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business growth? Corporate One is seeking a Vice President, Sales Manager to lead our correspondent services sales organization and drive value for credit unions nationwide.

In this role, you will serve as a key leader within our Member Engagement organization-guiding a team of sales professionals, shaping business development strategy, and strengthening client relationships through consultative engagement. You'll play a critical role in expanding our reach, enhancing credit union member satisfaction, and delivering innovative financial solutions that help credit unions succeed.

This is a primarily remote, work-from-home position with approximately 25% travel to support client engagement, team development, and industry events.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving accountability and results.
  • Own and execute business development strategy, including pipeline management and closing complex B2B opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth across Corporate One's correspondent banking, payments, and Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) solutions.
  • Partner with team members on client engagements, including presentations, onsite visits, and consultative discussions with credit union leaders.
  • Analyze market trends, member needs, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, integrated solutions and client experiences.
  • Coach and mentor team members to support performance, development, and engagement.
  • Represent Corporate One in key client interactions, industry events, and executive level discussions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing business-to-business sales in the financial services industry
