Vice President, Sales - Façade Compliance (FISP)

Position Overview

We're seeking a technically skilled sales professional to drive growth within our facade compliance practice. This role combines consultative selling with hands-on industry expertise, making it ideal for someone who has performed FISP inspections, repairs, and facade work and wants to leverage that experience in a client-facing business development role.

You'll manage strategic client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with technical experts to deliver solutions for some of the region's leading real estate owners, developers, and property managers. This role offers significant earning potential and a clear path for continued advancement within our sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth through new business development, strategic account expansion, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 20-30 strategic client accounts.
  • Build relationships with owners, property managers, architects, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and help scope FISP inspection and repair projects with technical team members.
  • Develop and present technical proposals and recommendations to clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on façade compliance and restoration solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
  • Represent Milrose at industry events, client meetings, and professional associations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and successful project execution.


What You'll Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience performing FISP inspections, repairs, and facade work.
  • 7+ years of experience across facade consulting, business development, technical sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers and strategic accounts.
  • Success managing complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.


Note: Technical expertise is the most important qualification for this role. Candidates with deep façade compliance experience and strong client relationship skills will be highly considered, even if they are transitioning into a more sales-focused position.

Preferred:

  • Experience within commercial real estate, architecture, engineering, construction, or consulting environments.
  • Active involvement in professional industry organizations such as AIA, SEAoNY, or ICRI.
  • Experience selling professional services or complex technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, Challenger, or SPIN.


Work Environment & Schedule

  • This position is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid schedule
  • Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with flexibility for client commitments
  • Travel required (approximately 30-50%) for client meetings, site walkthroughs, account visits, and industry events
  • Territory: NY Tri-State Region with potential for multi-region account coverage


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $110K - $130K, plus uncapped commission opportunity based on knowledge, skills, and experience
  • On-target earnings aligned to a $5M to $8M annual quota
