Full Location: Remote - United States

Our #Ja-job_title builds successful and scalable relationships with C-level audience in prospect organizations, developing and enhancing strategic business partnerships by fully engaging and building trust with our prospective client's key decision makers to drive new business. We are looking for a proven new business hunter with deep domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance outsourcing. This is not a services generalist role. We need someone who understands the BFSI landscape at a granular level - a market SME and thought leader who can engage C-suite decision-makers with industry-specific insight and immediately establish credibility through domain knowledge.

The Vice President, Sales - BFS+I will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new logo relationships with mid-market and enterprise organizations across banking, financial services, and insurance. This individual will build the market, not just work a pipeline - combining proactive business development, strategic positioning, and executive relationship building to drive new client acquisition in a defined vertical.

What Will You Do:
  • Hunt and close new logo business within the BFS+I vertical, with a consistent track record of landing 3+ new logos per year
  • Develop and execute a market development strategy targeting banks, credit unions, fintechs, insurance carriers, financial services firms, and diversified financial organizations
  • Build deep, value-based relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers across operations, customer experience, claims, compliance, and procurement
  • Serve as a recognized thought leader in BFS+I outsourcing - leveraging domain expertise to shape client conversations around industry trends, regulatory pressures, and operational transformation
  • Lead strategic sessions with prospective clients that go beyond capability presentations - providing consultative insight on how outsourcing solutions address real business challenges in their environment
  • Manage the full sales cycle from identification and qualification through needs assessment, solution design, presentation, and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal operations, solution design, and compliance SMEs to develop differentiated, vertical-specific proposals
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with weekly forecasts against revenue targets, consistently meeting or exceeding annual new business goals
  • Represent ResultsCX at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand visibility and market credibility within BFS+I

What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of enterprise new business sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years selling outsourced services specifically within Banking, Financial Services, and/or Insurance
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently closing 3+ new logo deals per year in high-value, complex sales environments
  • Deep domain expertise in BFS+I operations - including card services, FNOL, claims, collections, loan servicing, policy administration, customer care, and/or compliance-driven workflows
  • Working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape in financial services and insurance (CFPB, OCC, state insurance regulations, PCI-DSS, SOX, anti-fraud frameworks)
  • Established executive network within the banking, financial services, and/or insurance ecosystem
  • Experience selling into regulated industries is essential; diversified insurance and P&C experience is a strong plus
  • Ability to position yourself as a market SME and thought leader, not just a relationship manager - clients should view you as someone who understands their business at a strategic level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market from the ground up, not just inherit a book
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and close at the C-suite level
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 50%
