About the Team & Business Line:

Within the Transformation Office, Research & Development (R&D) is a multidisciplinary team that delivers immediate value to Citco and its clients by creating innovative solutions and proofs of concept for evolving business needs. Through market analysis and in-depth research, the team identifies opportunities aligned with Citco's and its clients' strategic objectives. R&D collaborates with stakeholders to advance innovation, improve efficiency, strengthen competitiveness, and develop new products and services.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

The Vice President is a pivotal leader within the Transformation Office's R&D team, with primary responsibility for the successful delivery of a strategic Fund Services transformation program using Sigma, the cloud-native analytics and reporting product from Sigma Computing. The role combines strategic leadership, rigorous project and program management, and solution-delivery oversight. The Vice President will establish the roadmap, governance, resource plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting required to move the program from requirements and design through development, testing, implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the strategic Fund Services transformation program
  • Provide executive oversight for the implementation and adoption of Sigma within Fund Services
  • Align Sigma capabilities, roadmap priorities, governance, and business outcomes with strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain the integrated roadmap, delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, resource assignments, and critical path
  • Establish governance, decision rights, meeting cadence, escalation paths, and accountability across business and technology workstreams
  • Lead working groups, steering updates, planning sessions, and delivery reviews
  • Manage scope, priorities, assumptions, constraints, and change requests
  • Coordinate delivery across business stakeholders, developers, analysts, project managers, platform teams, risk, security, and vendors
  • Track progress, resolve blockers, and implement recovery actions
  • Maintain senior-management reporting covering status, decisions, risks, issues, budget, resources, and benefits
  • Oversee testing, business readiness, implementation, change management, training, and transition to support
  • Ensure deliverables comply with Citco standards for architecture, security, risk, quality, documentation, and governance

Qualifications

About You:
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience managing agile projects and delivering complex initiatives
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience establishing governance, leading cross-functional delivery, and reporting to senior management
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Assets:
    • Experience leading enterprise reporting, analytics, data, or business-transformation programs
    • Working knowledge of Sigma and comparable modern analytics platforms
    • Understanding of cloud data, analytics, reporting, governance, and adoption considerations


Salary Range: CAD $118,000 - CAD $156,000
