JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Vice President Public Pensions Marketing Strategy Lead in Asset Management, you will design and execute cutting-edge marketing initiatives tailored to institutional investors at premier public pensions in the U.S. You will champion the adoption of next-generation marketing tools and strategies, including the use of generative AI, to elevate our client engagement and position J.P. Morgan as a leader in institutional marketing innovation. You will report to the Head of North America Institutional & Retirement Marketing, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver measurable impact and drive the marketing of the future.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically for public pension institutional investors, aligning closely with sales and product partners.
  • Lead the integration of generative AI and advanced marketing technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness, personalization, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive innovative, data-driven marketing programs across digital, sponsorships, events, and content channels, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of digital client journeys, ensuring a seamless and differentiated experience for institutional audiences.
